People Operations Coordinator
Location: Hybrid working from our head office in Sheffield, UK | Salary: Up to £29,000.00| Hours: Full time | Contract type: Permanent | Expected start date: January 1st 2027|
For over 100 years, Westfield Health has been on a mission to make a healthy difference to our customers, our colleagues and the communities we work in. What began in Sheffield as a way to help people access affordable healthcare, has grown into an international health and wellbeing company, trusted by more than 8,000 businesses and 400,000 people across the UK and Europe. We're proud of our not-for-profit roots: with no shareholders, the more successful we are, the more we can give back. We believe healthy people are happier and more productive, so we bring together evidence, insight and genuine care to help people and businesses be at their healthy, productive best, approaching every challenge with curiosity, taking ownership of the outcome, and always putting people first. If that sounds like the kind of place you want to build a career, we'd love to hear from you.
About the role
Our colleagues work across the UK and Europe, and so will you. One day that might mean onboarding a new starter in the Netherlands. As our People Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for HR queries across Westfield Health Group, helping every colleague get the right answer quickly. You’ll sit in our People Operations team, reporting to the People Operations Manager, and look after everything from onboarding and payroll to benefits and records. You’ll also help us find better ways of working as we grow. Experience in an international or EMEA HR role is highly advantageous.
