We are currently looking for a People Operations Specialist for one of our partner companies that develops an app in the Self-Improvement space. Work format: hybrid, from the office in Warsaw.

We are currently looking for a People Operations Specialist for one of our partner companies that develops an app in the Self-Improvement space. Work format: hybrid, from the office in Warsaw.
Challenges Ahead
- Systematize and improve the onboarding process, scale best practices, and build a first-class new-hire adaptation process;
- Maintain a high standard in organizing employee lifecycle management, including operational support for probation period completion and regular performance reviews;
- Work with HRMS: administering PeopleForce, populating data, configuration, generating reports from the systems, etc.;
- Customize HR Operations processes for a team distributed across 2 offices (Warsaw and Kyiv) and remote;
- Handle various HR requests (medical insurance, compensation and benefits, administrative matters);

- Experience working with HRMS (PeopleForce, HiBob, or others);
- Understanding of the Employee Lifecycle components;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- High stress resistance and adaptability to change;
- Strong ownership of project work, attention to detail, proactivity, and persistence;
- Systematic approach to work and critical thinking;
- Polish language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
- Experience implementing HRMS systems;
- Experience with employee insurance (working with contractors, creating guides, consulting employees).
