PEOPLE TECHNOLOGY & AI PRODUCT OWNER

As People Technology & AI Product Owner, you will shape the future of the employee experience by leading the evolution of our People Technology landscape. Driving the roadmap for Oracle HCM and AI-enabled solutions, you will turn business needs into innovative digital products that simplify processes, empower managers and users, and create measurable value across the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 
You will work across People, IT, and external partners to shape smarter digital and AI-enabled solutions that enhance the employee and manager experience. We are looking for a curious, proactive, and collaborative leader who can confidently balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution, translating evolving business needs into impactful, user-focused outcomes.

Your key responsibilities:

• Own and shape the People Technology roadmap, keeping it focused on business priorities and user needs. 
• Listen to employees, managers, and stakeholders and turn their needs into clear solutions and set priorities transparently. 
• Lead improvements across People Technology platforms, digital tools, AI and automation, working closely with IT, vendors and partners. 
• Guide initiatives from idea to launch, supporting testing, communication, adoption and continuous improvement. 
• Measure what works, learn from feedback, and proactively identify opportunities to make our solutions simpler and more valuable. 

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE 

• Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, HR, or related fields.
• A proactive, curious and collaborative mindset, with strong communication skills and the confidence to bring people together and challenge constructively. 
• Experience within HR Technology, HRIS, Product Ownership, or Digital Transformation.
• Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud (or similar HCM platform) experience.
• Proven track record of driving product roadmaps and digital solutions.
• Understanding AI, automation, integration, and HR data.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
  

This position is based in Slovakia and offers a flexible hybrid work setup. You'll also have opportunities to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across our international network through occasional business travel.
