Revenue Labs is a marketing company that builds ad and email systems for streetwear, apparel, artist merch and food brands doing $20K to $500K a month. We run Meta paid media, Klaviyo email and SMS, in-house static ad creative, and merch manufacturing and sourcing.
We work with dozens of culture-driven brands, including ones whose pieces have been worn by major artists and athletes. The founder is on every account. We're selective about who we take on, and we're just as selective about who we hire.
We're looking for a designer who doesn't just make ads look good. We want someone who knows why an ad stops a scroll, why it sells, and how to prove it.
You own static ad creative across every client account, from the first concept to the version that scales. You're part creative director, part performance marketer, part designer.
You'll work directly with the founder and our media buyer. They bring the numbers, you bring the ideas, and together you figure out what's working and what to make next. Your work gets judged by one thing: does it sell.
Most of our brands are streetwear and artist merch, so you need to live in that world. But you'll also make ads for apparel, food and other DTC brands, so you need range.
- Come up with ad concepts for each brand, not just layouts. Every concept should have a clear angle, a hook and a reason someone buys.
- Design high-volume static ads for Meta (feed, stories, reels placements) that are built to test, not just to look nice.
- Turn performance data into the next round of creative. If a hook wins, you know how to push it further. If something flops, you know why.
- Build testing plans with the media buyer: which angles, hooks, offers and formats to test, and in what order.
- Make creative for drops and launches: teasers, countdowns, restocks, sold-out, last call.
- Help build and run our creative libraries, organized by brand type (streetwear, luxury, merch, food and more), so every new client starts with what already works.
- Read a client's ICP and brand, then make ads that fit their customers, not your personal taste.
- Keep up with what's working in streetwear and DTC ads right now and bring new ideas to the team before anyone asks.
- Support email creative when needed so a brand looks the same from ad to inbox.
- 3+ years designing paid social ads for DTC brands, with a portfolio that shows real results (spend, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, whatever you can share).
- You know streetwear. You follow the brands, the drops, the culture and the visual language, and you can tell what feels authentic and what feels like a brand trying too hard.
- You understand buyer psychology: scarcity, social proof, status, identity, FOMO, curiosity, objection handling. You can explain why your ad works, not just show it.
- You think in concepts first. You can take one product and come up with 10 different angles before you open Photoshop.
- You're fast and organized. You can turn around a batch of ad variations without losing quality.
- Strong in Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma. You know Meta ad specs and safe zones without looking them up.
- You can read Meta Ads Manager and talk about results with the media buyer.
- You take feedback well and kill your own ideas when the data says so.
- You communicate clearly and work well remote, across time zones.
- Write copy. Headlines, hooks and primary text that sound like the brand's customers, not a marketer.
- Write UGC and creator scripts and briefs that a creator can shoot without a call.
- Know merch and apparel design: tees, hoodies, hats, mockups, tech packs, print methods. We also manufacture and source merch for clients.
- Design emails and Klaviyo templates, or pop-ups and landing pages.
- Speak Spanish. We work with Latino-owned and Mexico-based brands, and bilingual creative matters.
- Use AI tools to move faster (image generation, upscaling, background cleanup) without making ads that look AI-made.
- Can edit simple motion or video versions of a winning static.
- Have run your own brand or worked in-house at a streetwear brand.
- Your portfolio is all brand identity and pretty mockups, with no ads that ran and no idea how they did.
- You'd rather make 5 perfect ads a week than 20 good ones you can test.
- You need someone to hand you every concept.
- Streetwear isn't your thing.
