Performance Marketer — Adult & Dating vertical (Remote)

About us

Besa Group is a fast-growing creator management agency (AI and real creators, mainly on Fanvue). We run our own tech: CRM, AI chatbots, tracking, cross-promo. Our goal is to scale from ~$130k to $1M+ per month in the next 12 months, and paid traffic is the engine.

What you'll do

- Run and scale paid traffic to our creators: Meta, plus adult networks (TrafficJunky, ExoClick, TrafficStars, JuicyAds) and dating networks

- Build and test creatives, angles, landers and funnels (free trial vs paid, first-purchase offers)

- Optimise for cost per paying user (buyer), not clicks or subs

- Own tracking end to end: every source and creative tied to subs → buyers → revenue

- Open new traffic sources, so we're never dependent on one platform

- Work with our chatting team and AI bot so new fans get converted fast

- Report weekly: spend, cost per sub, cost per buyer, ROI per model and per source

What we need

- 2+ years in paid traffic in adult, dating, cam or similar verticals: real results, not theory

- Hands-on experience with adult ad networks and/or Meta for sensitive niches (account farming, warm-up, ban management)

- Comfortable with trackers (Keitaro, Binom, RedTrack or similar) and thinking in CPA vs LTV

- Proven campaigns you can show: spend, cost per paying user, ROI

- English good enough for daily work

- Bonus: experience with AI creatives, landing page building, automation
