Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and emerging channels—optimizing for CPI, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Build and manage scaled acquisition funnels using UTM, GA4, and attribution modeling to unify channel performance insights.
• Collaborate with creatives and UX teams to A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and dynamic audiences for maximum conversion lift.
• Manage $500K+ monthly ad spend, allocating budget using predictive modeling and real-time channel performance dashboards.
• Partner with sales and CRM teams to align lead gen, retention, and upsell campaigns with business KPIs.
• Train junior team members on platform updates, campaign structuring, and bid strategy best practices.
