Role Title: Performance Test Architect

Pay Rate: £401 per day all inc. (Inside IR35)

Location: Reading

Duration: 12 months

Work mode: Hybrid, 2 days WFO/week

Job Description:

o Performance Test Architect with 12+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering, preferably in the Utilities domain.

o Experience in Operational Technology Performance testing, with SCADA, OMS, ADMS, and GIS testing experience

o Experience with multi-vendor stakeholder management, client liaison, and Performance Test Requirements elicitation.

o Employ monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and help with in-depth performance analysis and troubleshooting.

o Maintain excellent client communication, providing clear progress updates, risk assessment, and actionable recommendations.

o Strong hands-on experience with end-to-end performance testing, including formulating the approach, scripting, and execution.
