HLTH is one of the fastest growing brands of 2026, reaching the top 0.1% in hyper-growth of all stores in the Shopify ecosystem and we're just getting started (literally). At HLTH we believe understanding your health should be effortless. Our products turn health monitoring into clear insights anyone can act on.
HLTH is an intense environment: we're demanding and ambitious, which means we ask a lot of ourselves and one another. This means fantastic learning, achievements, and career growth, but it also requires a significant commitment. We move fast, standards are high, and ownership is real. This is not a coast job. If you want to be challenged, stretched, and pushed harder than ever before, we invite you to apply.
You will own the Creator made video program that feeds our paid accounts on TikTok, Meta and YouTube Shorts end to end. You find and sign creators, work with the creative strategist to turn winning angles into briefs they can shoot, get the work back fast, and use what the ad account rewards to decide who stays on the roster.
You’ll move with the creative strategist, creative coordinator, paid media, and the creators themselves, translating our mission into video prospects stop for. You’ll be measured on creator performance, not the number of files delivered.
- Source creators on Instagram, TikTok, and X who fit the brand, the demographic, and paid-social creative.
- Judge on-camera presence, hooks, lighting, reliability, and whether the work can run as an ad.
- Keep the roster warm between briefs, answer questions, share what is working, and make creators want the next job.
- Finish briefs from the creative strategist, close the gaps — shots, do's and don'ts, usage, deadline, delivery format — and get creator sign-off before they shoot.
- Own delivery, track timelines, unblock creators, and review incoming files against the brief and quality guardrails before they move on.
- Organise delivered assets according to our naming convention so the rest of the team can find them without asking you.
- Coach creators after batches, tell the creator what to change — hook, pacing, framing, energy — so the next delivery is better.
- Audit the roster and decide who we keep booking and who we stop, based on quality, reliability, revision rate, and performance.
- Bi-weekly reporting of creators added, briefs out, late work, who should be dropped.
- 2+ years sourcing UGC creators or running influencer or creator campaigns
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Able to judge short-form creative: hooks, authenticity, and what will hold in paid
- Able to run a large roster without dropping follow-ups
- Comfortable in a creator database, and willing to live in Air for asset filing
- Able to negotiate rates, usage, and deadlines
- DTC or performance-marketing environment
- You know what works on paid and organic ecommerce creative
- You have made UGC yourself and know which brief lines creators ignore
- ClickUp or a similar task tracker
- Creator marketplaces as a backup to direct outreach, not a replacement
Pay is based on region and experience, set as a geo-calibrated range. Exact compensation depends on the candidate's skills, level, experience, and track record, and not all candidates will sit at the top of the range.
- Fully remote, flexible hours
- Access to custom AI tooling and workflows
- Flat team, direct access to founders
- Ownership of the roster, including the continue-or-cut call
- Unlimited PTO (with a required recharge time)
- Room to grow as the creator program scales
- Application and portfolio review
- Screening interview
- Founder Interview
- Team interview
- Offer & Compensation (if accepted)
How to applySend your CV and a short note on how you find creators and how you qualify them. Include one example of feedback you gave a creator after a delivery, and what changed on the next one. A brief you finished or adapted is useful. A brief you invented from scratch is not required.
