Get ready to

• Create, edit, and deliver high-performing video ads for social media platforms, primarily Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

• Produce a high volume of engaging video creatives, combining AI-generated content, existing footage, motion graphics, and other visual assets

• Leverage AI video and image generation tools to create realistic, engaging, and scroll-stopping advertising content

• Work closely with a Creative Strategist to turn creative concepts, hooks, and ideas into effective video ads

• Independently manage the video production process from concept to final delivery, often working with minimal briefs or direction

• Experiment with different video formats, storytelling techniques, hooks, and visual styles to improve ad performance

• Adapt and iterate existing creatives based on performance data, testing insights, and feedback

• Stay up to date with AI tools, video editing trends, competitor ads, and emerging creative formats

We expect you to

• Have 1.5+ years of professional experience in video editing, preferably creating performance-driven video ads or social media content

• Be highly skilled in video editing and motion design, using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software

• Have hands-on experience with AI-generated content and a strong interest in exploring new AI video and image generation tools

• Understand what makes a video ad engaging and effective, including strong hooks, pacing, storytelling, and clear calls to action

• Be comfortable producing a high volume of video creatives while maintaining quality and attention to detail

• Have a basic understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS, and how creative decisions influence results

• Be fluent in English, with strong communication skills

• Be highly independent and organized, comfortable taking ownership of your workload, priorities, deadlines, and results.

• Thrive in a small, fast-moving team where you have the freedom to experiment, take initiative, and make a direct impact.

Salary

Gross salary range is 2500 - 3200 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.

This position can also be fully remote.
