The Role We’re hiring a high-performance Video Editor to create fast-paced, conversion-focused ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other paid social channels. You’ll work directly with the growth and creative team to produce winning ad creatives designed to scale aggressively. This role is for someone who understands: Direct-response advertising Consumer psychology Viral short-form content Performance marketing Fast iteration and testing You should know how to turn raw footage, UGC, creator content, and AI-generated assets into ads that sell.
