About the Role
About the role A fast-growing D2C brand is looking for a performance video editor to own its Meta ad creative. What you'll do
- Edit around 40 Meta ad variations a week (hooks, cuts, formats and lengths) from existing concepts and footage.
- Deliver polished, final-stage edits with minimal revision cycles.
- Apply Meta ad best practices: strong first 3 seconds, native-feeling formats, captions, pacing and clear CTAs.
- Work with the Creative Strategist to turn briefs and performance insights into new variations.
- Take ownership of quality, deadlines and organized file delivery.
