About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Law Clerk to support attorneys throughout the full lifecycle of personal injury and insurance-related cases, from intake and pre-litigation through settlement and litigation support.

🚨 Must-Have Requirements

✅ Previous experience working with a U.S.-based law firm or within the U.S. legal system

✅ 1–5 years of experience in Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury, or a related U.S. practice area

✅ Strong experience with:

• Legal research and legal writing
• Demand letters and settlement demands
• Legal correspondence
• Medical records and medical bills
• Insurance claims and coverage issues
• Discovery and litigation support

✅ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

⭐ Highly Preferred

• Experience handling Florida Personal Injury or Insurance cases
• Familiarity with Florida law and legal procedures
• Law Degree or Law School Graduate
• Bilingual English & Spanish
• Experience preparing demand packages and settlement materials
• Experience working directly with U.S. insurance carriers and adjusters

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in personal injury and insurance-related matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Review medical records, bills, police reports, and insurance documentation.
• Prepare demand letters, settlement packages, case summaries, and legal memoranda.
• Track case deadlines, treatment progress, and case milestones.
• Assist with litigation support, discovery, pleadings, and settlement preparation.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
