Position Overview RecruitGo is looking for a confident and organized Phone Intake and Scheduling Assistant, in which you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing a smooth and professional client experience while supporting the team with administrative tasks. Responsibilities Answer the phone and assess calls for applicability to our practice Schedule and reschedule where appropriate Communicate with staff regarding any problems with clients Possible data input and other administrative tasks Qualifications Must-Have: Good English communication skills Nice-to-Have: Experience with HighLevel CRM Why RecruitGo?
