Role Description The Physical Therapist at MantraCare will provide remote, patient-centered musculoskeletal and rehabilitation care in a part-time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting virtual assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and functional training. The role involves collaborating with medical and wellness professionals, documenting care in digital systems, and contributing to integrated care pathways supported by MantraCare’s AI tools. The Physical Therapist will educate patients on injury prevention, pain management, and home care strategies, while maintaining high standards of safety, ethics, and clinical quality in a remote environment.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and clinical reasoning relevant to musculoskeletal and chronic conditions.
• Demonstrated expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
• Proficiency in Patient Care, with a focus on communication, empathy, and outcome-oriented treatment.
• Experience providing Home Care or remote therapy, including guiding patients through self-managed programs and exercise routines.
• Licensed or registered Physical Therapist (or equivalent credential) in relevant jurisdiction; advanced certifications in MSK, sports, or orthopedic therapy are an advantage.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms, digital documentation, and working within technology-enabled care models.
• Ability to work independently, manage part-time caseloads flexibly, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across time zones.
• Prior experience in virtual care, corporate wellness, or insurer/employer-based health programs is beneficial.
