Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Revit Instructor based in or able to support learners in Ibadan. The Revit Instructor will design and deliver structured physical and online lessons on Revit fundamentals and advanced features, including building information modeling (BIM), architectural drafting, and project documentation. Daily responsibilities include preparing course materials, creating practical exercises and real-world project examples, guiding learners through hands-on Revit workflows, and providing timely feedback on assignments. The instructor will conduct live virtual classes, maintain learner engagement, track progress, and support participants via messaging, email, or scheduled consultations. The role also involves updating training content to align with industry standards, collaborating with the training team, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Tuplea’s ICT training programs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Revit proficiency, including BIM modeling, architectural detailing, and project documentation skills.
• Candidates should possess teaching and training skills, such as curriculum design, lesson planning, and learner assessment.
• Candidates should possess digital literacy skills, including use of online collaboration tools, virtual classroom platforms, and productivity software.
• Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear instructional delivery and supportive learner engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as an instructor, tutor, or trainer in Revit or related design software is highly beneficial.
• Relevant professional certifications in Revit, BIM, or CAD tools are an added advantage.
• Reliable internet access and ability to work independently in a remote, structured, full-time setting are required.
