Physician Advisor (Pulmonology) - Romania

Leapcure helps connect patients with clinical research opportunities, particularly when existing treatment options may not fully meet their needs. We’re now looking for a practicing pulmonologist in Romania to join us as a Physician Advisorfor an idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) clinical study.

This is an opportunity to use your clinical expertise and professional network to help increase awareness of clinical research among physicians who care for patients with IPF and related interstitial lung diseases (ILDs).

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with pulmonologists, respiratory specialists, medical centers, and other healthcare professionals across Romania.
• Help increase awareness of relevant clinical trial opportunities and the study referral process.
• Connect with physicians who may care for patients with IPF or related ILDs.
• Share feedback on physician outreach strategies based on your knowledge of the Romanian healthcare system and referral pathways.
• Collaborate with the Leapcure team and provide brief weekly updates on outreach activities and opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Required

• MD or equivalent medical degree.
• Currently practicing as a specialist or primary pulmonologist in Romania.
• Strong understanding of the Romanian healthcare system and local physician networks.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Interest in clinical research and improving patient access to clinical trials.

Especially Relevant

• Experience treating patients with IPF or other interstitial lung diseases (ILDs).
• An established network within Romanian pulmonology or respiratory medicine.
• Experience with clinical research, clinical trials, or medical education.
