Planning Engineer

Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves supporting daily operational and administrative activities related to food production, distribution, and export processes. Responsibilities may include coordinating orders, maintaining documentation, assisting with customer inquiries, and supporting communication between local and international teams. The team member will help ensure that procedures align with company standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. The position requires reliable attendance for scheduled on-site work, along with effective use of remote tools to collaborate with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Ability to support operational tasks such as order coordination, documentation management, and basic data entry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to balance part-time hours and hybrid work requirements.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Portuguese or Arabic is an advantage.
