Player Support Agent (English + German ) (Freelance contract))

Are you a passionate gamer with native or professional-level German and strong communication skills? Join our global Player Support team and help players get the best possible experience.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to player support requests and resolving issues
• Becoming familiar with the games you support
• Working with ticketing and social media platforms
• Tracking and reporting player issues and trends
• Helping enforce community rules
• Working toward key performance indicators such as productivity, quality, and player satisfaction

What we're looking for

• Native or professional-level German, with excellent written and spoken skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• Familiarity with gaming communities and platforms such as Reddit, Facebook, X, and Discord
• A genuine passion for video games

You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of gaming projects alongside a global team of gaming and player-support professionals, with ongoing training and opportunities to develop your skills.
