PMO Analyst

Several of the corporate groups Namaa Partners advises in Saudi Arabia are running transformation programmes with many workstreams at once, and their boards want to see each month what moved, what slipped and why. We are hiring a PMO Analyst in the Kingdom to keep that picture accurate. The position is full-time and remote: you work from home anywhere in Saudi Arabia. Our principals are in Oklahoma City, eight to nine hours behind Riyadh depending on the season.

You'll Need

• Bachelor's in business, engineering, industrial management or a related field
• Some experience in a PMO, project coordination or reporting role, including internships
• Excel or Google Sheets for trackers and status reports
• MS Project, Primavera P6, Jira or Smartsheet (bonus)
• CAPM, PMP or progress toward one (bonus)

Your Part in it

• Keep the programme tracker current: milestones, owners, dates and dependencies;
• Collect weekly updates from workstream leads and follow up on missing ones;
• Prepare the monthly progress pack for the steering committee and the board;
• Keep the risk and issue log and the decision register up to date;
• Check KPI figures against their source before they go into a report.
