Podcast Video Editor-Full time

Job Description This is a remote position. We’re collaborating with Nisha Yogeshwar on an exciting new podcast project focused on bringing real stories of scams, social issues, and relatable insights to the audience. This platform aims to deliver meaningful, thought-provoking content with a creative and professional edge. We are looking for a Podcast Video Editor who can turn long-form conversations into impactful, visually engaging, and emotionally resonant content. Edit 4 podcasts per month – ensure clean cuts, engaging flow, and high-quality audio/video. Create 5–7 high-impact short videos and 5 short-form social media clips each month. Add subtitles in Kannada, English, and Hindi (software provided by the team). Edit and optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook . Work on documentary edits for an NGO project as needed. Collaborate with the host to maintain consistency in tone, pace, and storytelling. Upload, format, and assist in boosting content across digital platforms. Requirements Requirements: Proven experience as a Podcast or Video Editor Strong storytelling and pacing sense Proficiency in editing software such as: Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro DaVinci Resolve Experience with subtitling in Kannada, Hindi, and English Knowledge of video formats for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and handle multiple projects Preferred Skills: Basic motion graphics (After Effects or Canva) Experience in documentary editing Familiarity with awareness or issue-based content Benefits Opportunity to work on high-visibility, meaningful content Creative freedom to explore and enhance storytelling style Collaborate with an inspiring and dynamic host
