Cricut® makes smart cutting machines that work with an easy-to-use app, an ever-growing collection of materials, and crafting essentials to help you design and personalize almost anything — custom cards, unique apparel, everyday items, and so much more.
We believe everyone is born creative. We’re a diverse tapestry of thinkers, dreamers, givers, DIYers, handi-workers, artisans, and forever and always architects of things.
At Cricut, we place the power of handmade into the hands of all. We give you beautiful, easy-to-master tools so you can make something unique, remarkable, perfect. We surround you with ideas, community, inspiration, and encouragement to take your creativity further than you ever imagined. And as a community, we celebrate the exhilarating act of making every single day.
So, make that handcrafted card that feels like a hug. Design a shirt for fun, for family, or for a full-blown business. Craft with a passion or for a purpose. Make something big and bold, itsy-bitsy, amazingly ambitious, or just plain silly. Whatever you make, just make your heart out. Because here’s the remarkable truth: When we all make together, we make all things possible.
Let’s make.
Cricut is seeking a commercially driven, hands-on Sales & Marketing Manager to accelerate growth across Eastern Europe from Poland. You combine sharp local market insight with strong e-commerce, marketplace and campaign execution.
You will translate Cricut’s commercial and marketing priorities into results across your assigned Eastern European markets. Reporting to the Senior Cluster Manager DACH&EE, you will partner with regional sales, e-commerce, marketing and partner teams to grow revenue, lift marketplace performance, and build brand and community presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Turn Cricut’s regional strategy into focused local sales and marketing plans for Eastern Europe.
- Lead distributors and directly managed retail accounts to deliver excellent execution and agreed sales targets.
- Own omni-commerce and marketplace performance across retail and digital partners, from sales and traffic to conversion, tracking and optimisation.
- Track commercial KPIs - revenue, sell-through, conversion, campaign performance, availability and visibility - and turn insight into action.
- Optimise marketplace presence across listings, content, promotions, pricing, search visibility and retail media.
- Build local campaign plans and promotion calendars that align regional priorities, retail moments and market needs.
- Deliver global and regional marketing campaigns effectively in local markets.
- Localise campaign plans, messaging, assets and activation calendars for local consumers, retail environments and languages. This is a hands-on execution and localisation role, not a creative-development role.
- Plan and deliver sales promotions with distributors, managed retailers, e-commerce and marketplace partners.
- Measure promotion performance - uplift, sell-through, ROI and learnings - and apply it to the next activation.
- Coordinate campaign roll-outs with retail, e-commerce, marketplace and media partners for on-time, on-brand delivery.
- Spot local growth opportunities through market trends, consumer insight and competitive activity.
- Build trusted partnerships with distributors, retailers, marketplace partners and internal teams.
- Help grow Cricut’s local social presence and crafting community with partners, creators and communities where relevant.
- Deliver clear performance reports, forecasts and business updates to management.
- 5+ years of experience in consumer electronics, managing distributors and/or directly managed retail accounts.
- Proven e-commerce and marketplace experience, with ownership of sales and digital performance, tracking, conversion optimisation and reporting.
- Proven channel-marketing and campaign-management experience, including the operational steering, localisation and execution of existing campaigns and assets across markets.
- Experience creating, delivering and evaluating sales-promotion plans.
- A strong commercial instinct and the ability to turn data into practical sales and marketing action.
- Experience working with retailers, distributors, online partners or marketplaces in Eastern Europe.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with sales, performance and campaign data.
- Excellent project-management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Professional fluency in English and Polish.
- Czech language skills are a strong advantage.
Preferred Experience:
- Interest in, or experience with, crafting, DIY, creative hobbies or consumer lifestyle products.
- Experience in a fast-paced international consumer brand, retail or e-commerce environment.
- Commercially ambitious, structured and results-driven.
- Self-sufficient in a remote role, while staying closely aligned with international teams.
- Collaborative, proactive and confident in managing external partners.
- Equally comfortable setting direction and rolling up your sleeves to deliver.
A Quick Note Before You Apply…
Cricut is in a powerful chapter of transformation. We’re evolving fast—refining our strategy, growing our teams, and raising the bar across the board. This is an incredible opportunity for the right kind of person—but it’s not for everyone.
We’re looking for A-players —people who don’t just meet expectations, but consistently exceed them. If you thrive in dynamic environments and find joy in turning challenges into momentum, keep reading.
Here’s what makes someone a great fit for this role (and for this moment at Cricut):
You have a bias for urgency.
You don’t wait for perfect clarity to take action—you start, learn, and adjust. You believe that speed matters, especially when paired with thoughtfulness. You ask: “What can move forward today?” and push past inertia.
You set high standards—especially for yourself.
You’re proud of your work and protective of your reputation. You take ownership, deliver quality, and don’t cut corners. You hold yourself accountable without waiting to be asked.
You stay focused when things are moving fast.
You can identify what really matters and don’t get distracted by noise. You prioritize well, and manage your time wisely.
You collaborate like a pro.
You elevate the people around you, communicate clearly, and give thoughtful feedback. You’re low ego, high output—and your team loves working with you.
