Policy Administration Specialist – Transportation Insurance (Remote)

We are looking for a Policy Administration Specialist with experience in trucking/commercial transportation insurance to support insurance accounts ranging from independent owner-operators to large commercial fleets.

This role is ideal for someone with strong insurance administration experience who enjoys working directly with clients and managing policy changes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Process policy endorsements and changes

✅ Add/remove drivers and commercial vehicles from policies

✅ Maintain insurance and policy documentation

✅ Handle Certificates of Insurance (COIs), Waivers of Subrogation, and related documentation

✅ Maintain accurate policy, driver, vehicle, and client records

✅ Communicate directly with clients via phone and email

✅ Follow up on missing documentation and policy requirements

✅ Support trucking companies, owner-operators, fleet accounts, and transportation-related clients

Requirements

✔ At least 1 year of experience in Trucking Insurance or Commercial Transportation Insurance

✔ Experience with policy servicing, endorsements, and policy administration

✔ Strong understanding of drivers, vehicles, fleets, and trucking-related insurance changes

✔ Excellent written and spoken English (client-facing role)

✔ High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

✔ Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team

Nice to Have

➕ Bilingual English/Spanish

➕ Experience with commercial auto, fleet insurance, freight brokerage, or related transportation coverages

➕ Experience using Outlook, SharePoint, HubSpot, or insurance management systems
