Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist patients, providers, and partners with healthcare-related inquiries, guiding them through available services and options. Handle sensitive health information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all interactions. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to healthcare regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate information is provided to customers. Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain thorough records for compliance purposes. Stay informed about the latest developments in healthcare services and products to provide up-to-date information to clients. Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, particularly in the healthcare or medical field, is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused attitude. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
