🧐 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

• 8+ years of experience in Power BI Development, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence projects.
• Strong hands-on experience developing and maintaining Power BI Reports and Dashboards.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX, with the ability to write complex calculations, measures, and performance-optimized queries.
• Strong command of Power Query (M Language) for data transformations, modeling, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI Service, including:
• Workspace administration
• Dataset management
• Security configuration
• Report publishing and sharing
• Experience creating and managing Power BI Dataflows.
• Ability to integrate multiple data sources, including:
• SQL Server and other relational databases
• SharePoint
• Azure Data Services
• APIs and external data sources
• Strong expertise in SQL, including advanced query development and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git version control and report deployment using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of Power BI Architecture, governance, and best practices.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting and analytical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and requirement analysis skills.

👀 GOOD TO HAVE:

• PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Certification.
• Azure certifications such as:
• AZ-900
• DP-900
• Any higher-level Azure certification
• Experience with:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Microsoft Power Platform
• Understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modeling concepts.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

🧐 HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Create and optimize complex DAX calculations to support business reporting requirements.
• Develop efficient data transformation processes using Power Query (M Language).
• Build and manage Power BI Dataflows, datasets, and semantic models.
• Integrate data from various enterprise sources, including SQL databases, SharePoint, and Azure Data Services.
• Manage Power BI Service workspaces, deployments, permissions, and governance processes.
• Implement best practices for report performance, scalability, and security.
• Support automated report deployment processes using Git and Azure DevOps CI/CD.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights.
• Analyse reporting needs and propose scalable BI solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Troubleshoot data quality, performance, and reporting issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization's Business Intelligence ecosystem.
