Job Overview: Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking a Power BI Specialist to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports that support data-driven decision-making. This role focuses on transforming raw data into meaningful visual insights using Microsoft Power BI, ensuring stakeholders have clear, accurate, and actionable reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong data modeling skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI Build and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics needs Create KPIs, metrics, and visualizations aligned with business objectives Transform and clean data using Power Query and other data tools Optimize existing reports for performance, usability, and clarity Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all BI outputs Maintain and update existing dashboards based on evolving business needs Requirements Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience in Microsoft Power BI development Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query Solid understanding of data modeling and relational datasets Experience working with SQL databases or structured data sources Ability to translate business requirements into visual dashboards Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Nice to Have: Experience with BigQuery or cloud data sources Familiarity with other BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) Background in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles Understanding of KPI design and performance tracking frameworks Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments
