Position Title Power Platform Analyst Contract Type 12 Month FTC Location Remote-first, with occasional travel to Gloucester when required Clearance UK Security Clearance (SC) – Mandatory Profile Power Platform Analyst with experience delivering scalable low-code solutions across large enterprise environments (20,000+ users). Strong foundation in Power Platform delivery, with an understanding of governance, strategy, and best practice. Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions while supporting platform adoption, efficiency, and innovation. Core Skills & Expertise Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI) Solution Delivery in Enterprise Environments Governance & Best Practice (DLP, ALM, CoE awareness) Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement Agile / Kanban Delivery Low-Code Adoption & Process Automation Key Experience Delivered Power Platform solutions within large enterprise environments (20,000+ users) Supported implementation of governance frameworks within mature Power Platform estates Contributed to solution delivery aligned to regulatory and organisational standards Experience working within Agile and Kanban delivery models Exposure to Power Platform tooling such as CoE Starter Kit (desirable) Responsibilities Design and deliver Power Platform solutions aligned to business needs Support governance controls including environment strategy, DLP, and lifecycle management Collaborate with senior analysts, architects, and stakeholders on solution design and delivery Assist with platform monitoring, optimisation, and support activities Contribute to agile delivery processes including sprint planning and backlog refinement Support documentation, training, and user adoption initiatives Technical Capabilities Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) Power Automate (Cloud Flows) Dataverse fundamentals Integration with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint) Awareness of Power Platform Admin Centre and governance tooling Certifications Microsoft Power Platform Certification (required) Value Add Delivers practical, scalable solutions that drive efficiency and automation Supports governance while enabling business-led innovation Contributes to improved delivery through reusable components and best practice Focused on continuous improvement and operational cost reduction Engagement Model & Innovation Supports delivery models that promote: Automation and AI-driven efficiencies Reduced operational cost through smart solution design Improved delivery quality via standardisation, reuse, and best practice CDW is committed to being an AI-fluent organization We’re looking for people who bring curiosity, a learner’s mindset, and a willingness to engage with ever-evolving technology and tools.
