Job Title Senior Power Platform Analyst Contract Type 12 Month FTC Location Remote-first, with occasional travel to Gloucester when required Clearance: UK Security Clearance (SC) – Mandatory Profile Senior Power Platform Analyst with proven experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions across complex, regulated environments (20,000+ users). Strong background in driving platform adoption, governance, and strategy, alongside hands-on delivery across the Microsoft Power Platform stack. Experienced in mentoring teams, enabling citizen development, and delivering business value through low-code solutions. Core Skills & Expertise Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI) Platform Governance & Strategy (CoE, DLP, ALM) Enterprise Solution Design & Delivery Stakeholder Engagement & Business Analysis Agile / Kanban Delivery Mentoring & Team Development Low-Code Adoption & Enablement Key Experience Delivered Power Platform solutions across large enterprise organisations (20,000+ users), ensuring scalability and performance Defined and matured governance frameworks within complex and regulated environments Supported Power Platform strategy and implementation within the Energy sector (desirable) Mentored junior consultants through technical delivery and best practice adoption Implemented and utilised Power Platform CoE Starter Kit to support governance and adoption Responsibilities Design, build, and support Power Platform solutions aligned to business outcomes Contribute to governance frameworks including environment strategy, DLP policies, and ALM Support the development and maturity of the Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE) Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions Monitor, maintain, and optimise platform usage and performance Ensure compliance with organisational security and architectural standards Support agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog management, and continuous improvement Technical Capabilities Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows) Dataverse data modelling and management Power BI integration and reporting Integration with M365 (Teams, SharePoint) and external APIs Power Platform Admin Centre & governance tooling CI/CD and deployment approaches within Power Platform Certifications Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400) Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) [Desirable] Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600) Value Add Balances rapid solution delivery with enterprise governance and control Enables citizen developers while maintaining platform integrity Drives adoption through best practice, training, and enablement Delivers reusable solutions, standards, and accelerators to improve efficiency CDW is committed to being an AI-fluent organization We’re looking for people who bring curiosity, a learner’s mindset, and a willingness to engage with ever-evolving technology and tools.
