Job Description This is a remote position. Google Ads / PPC Trainee Sterling Lighting Sterling Lighting is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Google Ads / PPC Trainee to learn and grow into a full-time paid advertising specialist focused on B2B customer acquisition. This is not a typical “social media marketer” role. We are looking for someone who enjoys systems, data, optimization, and problem solving. The ideal candidate is organized, logical, curious, process-oriented, and excited to learn how professional digital advertising works at a high level. You will be trained internally through hands-on work, structured coursework, Google certifications, and mentorship while helping manage: Google Search Ads YouTube advertising remarketing campaigns keyword research reporting & analytics landing page optimization audience targeting What You’ll Learn Google Ads campaign management B2B advertising strategy keyword targeting & negative keyword management audience segmentation & remarketing conversion tracking & reporting YouTube ad campaigns landing page optimization marketing analytics & optimization systems What We’re Looking For We care far more about aptitude and mindset than previous ad experience. Strong candidates are: highly organized analytical and logical detail-oriented consistent and dependable comfortable with repetitive optimization work curious and eager to learn able to follow systems and processes carefully comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and reporting Great Backgrounds May Include business analytics engineering finance economics operations information systems marketing analytics statistics psychology Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
