About The Role

Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns that bring our clients leads and sales at a profitable cost.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms
• Research keywords and audiences
• Write ad copy and work with designers on creatives
• Monitor budgets, bids and performance every day
• Run A/B tests on ads and landing pages
• Report results (CPC, CPA, ROAS) and recommend next steps
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years managing paid ad campaigns
• Advanced English (C1 or higher)
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Comfortable with Google Analytics (GA4) and spreadsheets
• Analytical and detail-oriented
  
  

Nice To Have

• Google Ads or Meta certification
• Experience with TikTok, LinkedIn or Microsoft Ads
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
  
  

English Level

Advanced (C1 or higher), written and spoken
