Ad Labz is a PPC agency working with B2B companies and local service businesses, with a strategic focus on growing into B2B SaaS as our core specialty. We help businesses turn paid ads into real leads and pipeline, not vanity metrics.
We're looking for a PPC Strategist - Mid Level who can own accounts end-to-end across different verticals, think beyond the click, and take real responsibility for client results.
What the role looks like day-to-day:
You'll own a portfolio of ad accounts spanning B2B, local services, and (increasingly) B2B SaaS. The mix will shift toward SaaS over time, so you should be excited about that direction, not just comfortable with it.
You'll build campaign strategy, launch, optimize, and know at any given moment whether your accounts are on track. Nobody will be checking over your shoulder daily, but you'll be expected to bring the numbers.
You'll work directly with a junior strategist. You'll delegate execution work to them, review what they produce, and actively help them improve. This is not optional. Developing your junior is part of the job.
For B2B and SaaS accounts, you'll connect ad performance to what actually matters: MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and CAC. For local service accounts, you'll focus on lead volume, cost per lead, and lead quality. You should be comfortable operating across both worlds.
You'll flag problems with solutions, not just alerts. "CPL went up" is not helpful. "CPL went up because X, and here is what I'd do about it." is.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of hands-on PPC management across B2B, local services, or SaaS verticals
- Strong command of Google Ads (search, display, YouTube, Local Service Ads). LinkedIn Ads & Meta Ads experience is a plus
- Comfortable reporting on different KPIs depending on the client: pipeline metrics for B2B/SaaS, lead volume, and cost per lead for local services
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- Experience with CRM-integrated reporting (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a strong plus
- Clear communicator who can write a concise performance update without being asked
- Self-directed. You manage your own time, your own task list, and your own quality standard
- Willing to mentor a junior team member and take their development seriously
What you won't find here:
- Micromanagement. We hire people we trust and give them room to do their work
- Vanity reporting. We care about business outcomes, not impressions
- "Set it and forget it" accounts. Every account gets real strategic attention
