Performance Marketer at Superhuman AI

We're hiring a Performance Marketer at Superhuman AI.

You'll run paid acquisition for the world's largest AI newsletter (2M+ readers, read at 90% of the Fortune 1000).

What you'll own:

• Facebook and Google Ads end to end (both)
• Creative strategy: angles, hooks, scripts, iteration
• Scaling subscriber

What we need:

• 2-3+ years in performance marketing (not entry level)
• Managed $50k-100k/month in a single ad account. You'll be asked for exact numbers
• Hands-on Google Ads & Meta Ads experience.
• Really sharp copywriting. You'll write and be tested on it
• Strong creative strategy: you keep a swipe file, write scripts, and know why an ad wins
• You care about lead quality, not just cheap CPLs
• Newsletter or media industry experience is a plus

Who this is NOT for:

• Button pushers who live inside Ads Manager and call it strategy
• People who want to "oversee" campaigns. This is a hands-on execution role for years, not a stepping stone to management in 12 months
• People who can't write copy or tell a good creative from a bad one
• Anyone who needs a slow, comfortable pace
