We help companies build their brands, position complex products, develop go-to-market strategies, generate demand, and accelerate growth. Our work spans integrated marketing, product marketing, content development, digital marketing, web development, SEO and AIO, demand and lead generation, sales funnel optimization, tradeshows, and sales pipeline development.

Position Summary

Mach 01 Services (Pakistan office) is seeking motivated and talented interns across multiple disciplines for a 4-week remote internship program. This is a work-from-home opportunity open to candidates anywhere in Pakistan.

Depending on their education, skills, interests, and experience, selected interns may work in one or more of the following areas:

• Web Development
• Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
• SEO & AIO (AI Optimization)
• Graphic and Video Design & Visual Content
• Social Media Marketing
• Tradeshows & Event Marketing
• Demand & Lead Generation
• AI-Assisted Marketing
• Marketing Research & Analytics

Interns will work alongside Mach 01's distributed marketing team and gain exposure to real-world projects for technology and B2B clients. The internship hours will be between 9:00 PM to 4:30 AM Pakistan time, three days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).

Candidates must have access to their own computer and a quiet, private workspace with high-speed, uninterrupted internet access and reliable power backup.

This is an internship and learning opportunity, not an offer or commitment of future employment. Selected interns may receive a fixed stipend of PKR 10,000 for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

Depending on the intern's area of specialization, responsibilities may include:

• Supporting marketing strategy, market research, competitive analysis, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives
• Developing marketing and product content, including blogs, presentations, datasheets, solution briefs, case studies, infographics, eBooks, white papers, and web content
• Assisting with product marketing, including messaging, value propositions, competitive positioning, buyer personas, and sales enablement materials
• Supporting website development, landing pages, UX improvements, content updates, and conversion optimization
• Conducting SEO keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, link-building research, and performance analysis
• Exploring AIO and AI-search optimization to improve brand and content visibility across AI-powered search and answer platforms
• Developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including copy, templates, segmentation, campaign deployment, and performance tracking
• Creating graphics, infographics, digital advertisements, social media assets, presentations, and print collateral
• Supporting motion graphics, animations, video scripting, storyboarding, editing, and production
• Planning and creating content for LinkedIn and other social media channels
• Supporting tradeshows, webinars, conferences, and other event-marketing programs, including pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up
• Conducting account and prospect research to support demand generation, lead generation, and sales pipeline development
• Assisting with Google Ads/PPC and other digital campaigns
• Using modern AI tools to improve research, content development, creative production, marketing automation, and productivity
• Tracking campaign performance and helping turn marketing data into actionable recommendations

Interns will not necessarily perform all of these functions. Assignments will be based on each intern's specialization, capabilities, and learning objectives.

Qualifications

• Final-year student, recent graduate, or near-term graduate in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, Media/Communications, or another relevant discipline
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Genuine interest in technology, B2B marketing, digital marketing, creative services, or web technologies
• Ability to learn new technologies, platforms, and concepts quickly
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with a remote, internationally distributed team
• Highly disciplined, dependable, and accountable, with strong time-management skills
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working on multiple projects
• Ability to understand and communicate technical or complex business concepts
• Comfortable using modern digital tools and willing to learn AI-enabled marketing workflows
• Portfolio, university projects, writing samples, design samples, websites, or other examples of work are strongly encouraged where applicable
• Not a previous intern of Mach 01
