PR TO PO Executive with German -Hybrid, Bucharest

As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Buyer will be to build and form a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure on-time processing of Procurement transactions (RFQ, Requisition validation, PO creation, PO Amendments & PO expedites)
• Provides support on special cases and monitors root-causes for such cases
• Oversee the SLA & overall deliverables management
• Improvement upon and ensuring timely PO quality
• Assisting in generating savings
• Deliver different reports (regular and ad-hoc)
• Provides coaching and training (pre-process and general/process specific) for client and team members/newcomers
• Optimization of stock
• Driving/supporting standardization/harmonization
• Understand end-user queries related to procurement operations
• Usage of relevant client systems:
• SAP systems to collect PR and proceed/register RFQ/PO
• Service Now to clarify technical requests with LBUs
• Macro Excel for reporting and Supplier follow-up

Required Skills and Experience:

• Advanced English language skills (written, reading and spoken)
• Advanced German language skills (written, reading and spoken)
• Good analytical & synthesis skills
• 2-4 years experience in procurement
• Rigorous and accurate working style
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of Procurement processes (Requisitioning, PO, Invoicing)
• Experience interacting with customer (customer service experience)
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills are preferred
• Problem solving oriented / proved quality initiatives driven
