We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Employment Attorney who thrives in a client-facing, strategy-driven role. This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys managing cases from early evaluation through resolution, building strong client relationships, and maximizing case value. While the primary focus is pre-litigation, the role may include a small number of cases that proceed into litigation. This is not a back-office position. You will be a primary point of contact for clients and will play a central role in case development, valuation, and resolution strategy. Key Responsibilities Manage a high-volume docket of pre-litigation employment matters Serve as primary client contact and maintain consistent, high-quality client communication Conduct case evaluations, strategy development, and risk/value assessments Draft demand packages and pre-litigation submissions Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations Prepare matters for litigation handoff when necessary Handle a limited number of cases that proceed into litigation, as assigned
