Role Overview

At Job Duck, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Pre-Litigation PI Case Manager to support a growing legal practice. In this role, you will serve as a key point of coordination throughout the pre-litigation process, ensuring that client matters move forward efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with all parties involved. You will work closely with legal professionals, insurance companies, and medical providers to gather critical information, manage documentation, and track important deadlines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative without constant supervision, and enjoys balancing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional attention to detail. Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (USA)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Ensuring all documentation is updated and properly filed.
• Tracking case progress and following up on outstanding items.
• Maintaining accurate and organized case files.
• Gathering medical records and supporting documentation.
• Managing personal injury cases during the pre-litigation phase.
• Coordinating with clients, medical providers, and other involved parties.
• Uploading and maintaining medical information within the firm's systems.
• Monitoring, organizing, and calendaring important deadlines.
• Preparing and sending letters of representation.
• Conducting client intake and collecting necessary case information.
• Communicating with insurance companies regarding active claims and case updates.
• Prioritizing multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintaining consistent communication regarding case status and developments.
• Supporting attorneys with case-related administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience working as a legal case manager
• Personal Injury experience is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish required
• Excellent verbal communication
• Strong organizational skills
• Reliable and dependable work ethic
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Self-driven and proactive approach

• Professional client service skills
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
