Presales Engineer- Software & CRM Integration

• Software solution & AI solution consultancy industry
• Mathematics, Physics, Database development background is plus
• English, Cantonese, Mandarin

Main tasks

• Responsible for development and delivery of solution demonstrations, presenting the product to customers and at field events such as trade shows, conferences, seminars, or other marketing events.
• Able to convey customer requirements to Management, manage and interpret customer requirements, communicate with clients to understand, meet and anticipate their needs, maintain records of customer communication and sales activity in CRM and establish internal communication systems.
• Respond to functional and technical elements of Terra Nova Solutions, communicate any operational problems internally on a timely basis.
• Assist in preparation of tender proposals to distinguish Terra Nova’s unique solution(s).
• Developing support material for other members of the sales team.
• Achieve performance standards and goals set by Management.
• Timely report to Management regarding daily performance and activities. Attend weekly sales meetings and trainings.
• Understanding of products, services and pricing models.
• Responsible for follow up with clients, review guidelines/process to ensure that fraudulent clients are not accepted.

Position requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above, in Mathematics/ Physics/Engineering/MIS/Computer Science, or related major.
• Minimum 3 years of related working experiences in either FSI, Commercial, Morden Workspace, Healthcare, or Education software solution, system integration, or consultancy.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Network, application, database.
• Basic coding & AI skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, Putonghua is plus.
• Good in Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio).

Desired Skills

• Programming skill is plus (front end application, Database experience).
• Familiar with CRM system such as Salesforce, Dynamic 365.
• Cloud Platform configuration capability and API integration experience.
• Basic knowledge of ML & Algorithm.

Soft Skills

• Good communication & presentation skills in written responses to emails, RFPs, and report submission.
• Be organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
• Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapid expending customer base.
• Good team player
• Interest in advanced information technology & art
