Pricing and Deal Desk Manager (Cork) - Cloud & Data Storage

About the Senior Pricing Analyst position: As our Senior Strategic Pricing Analyst, you'll be critical to supporting complex deal structuring and pricing excellence across the organization, with a focus on EMEA and APAC. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Operations, serving as a trusted partner to guide strategy, optimize pricing decisions, and ensure efficient execution throughout the deal lifecycle. You'll work with sellers in real time to shape deals while they're still in motion. You'll own the analysis of, and make recommendation to, a sophisticated, consumption-based pricing model that can include discounting, multi-year enterprise agreements, and reseller or channel components. In this role you help Qumulo maintain strong sales velocity while having direct influence on our pricing model and creative deal strategies. This role is based in our Cork office, on site three days a week. As a Senior Pricing Analyst at Qumulo, you will: Review and approve deals on behalf of Finance with the authority to challenge structures that don't work, while improving the speed, transparency, and consistency of approval workflows Work with sellers across EMEA and APAC to structure non-standard deals in real time, while balancing revenue, margin, and deal velocity Use data to shape and refine pricing frameworks, methodologies, and discounting guardrails for complex commercial structures: consumption models with credits, enterprise license agreements, and deals routed through distributors and resellers Analyze historical deal data to test discount guidance and thresholds, and recommend where they should move Build and scale pricing models and tools, and evaluate deal profitability across regions, channels, and competitive dynamics Own the documentation of pricing, policy, and approval paths as the model evolves, and enable the field with training on tools, frameworks, and best practices Our ideal Senior Pricing Analyst will have: 4+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Pricing Strategy Hands-on experience with complex pricing such as consumption or usage-based models, credits, term structures, and multi-tier channel deals Strong quantitative or analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive decisions Advanced experience with pricing tools such as Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and Excel/Google Sheets Experience using AI tools such as Claude for analysis and documentation Track record of collaborating across Sales, Finance, Operations, and C-level stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred; MBA a plus Bonus points for: Contract review experience, multilingual skills, experience with cloud marketplace or infrastructure-inclusive deal structures, and/or pricing through distributor or reseller channels Further Details Competitive salary and benefits package, including equity, pension, and healthcare Flexible working arrangements, with 3 days onsite and 2 remote Reimbursement for home phone and internet About Qumulo: Built for the most demanding enterprise workloads, from AI and HPC simulations to Splunk Observability, genomics and PACS medical imaging, geospatial datasets, media editing and rendering, and video surveillance, Qumulo unlocks the full power of an organization’s information.
