Pricing Strategy Specialist

Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteer is a part-time role responsible for organizing and overseeing volunteer activities that support MESSA’s programs and events. This hybrid position is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with a combination of on-site coordination and work-from-home tasks such as planning and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding volunteers, scheduling and assigning roles, and ensuring clear communication of expectations and timelines. The Coordinator will plan and deliver volunteer training sessions, maintain volunteer records, and provide guidance and support to volunteers throughout their participation. The role also involves collaborating with MESSA leadership on community outreach initiatives, monitoring the effectiveness of volunteer programs, and recommending improvements to enhance engagement and impact.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training skills to effectively recruit, organize, and support volunteers.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage volunteers, students, staff, and community partners.
• Candidates should possess Community Outreach experience to help design and coordinate initiatives that promote MESSA’s activities and goals.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time management abilities to manage schedules, track participation, and deliver events on time.
• Candidates should possess basic digital skills for using collaboration tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms in a hybrid work environment.
• Experience in student organizations, non-profit activities, or event coordination is beneficial.
• A background or interest in engineering or STEM fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cultures and maintain a respectful, inclusive environment for all participants.
