Join an inclusive, global community. Expect supportive leaders, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning through academies, certifications, mentoring, and flexible ways of working. Diverse perspectives are how we win.
What You Bring
You bring five or more years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM), certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central with a track record of leading implementations as a lead consultant. Experience with Time Management, other SuccessFactors modules, or Smart Recruiters strengthens your application. You understand the AI capabilities in SuccessFactors — including agentic AI day-to-day practice and AI adoption capability — and how they shift HR from transactional to autonomous operations. Your ability to apply AI output quality assurance and context engineering to real client scenarios sets your work apart.
You combine strategic thinking and strong business acumen with the emotional intelligence and influencing skills needed to manage senior stakeholders with confidence. Complex problem solving comes naturally to you, and you connect technology investments with a compelling customer value proposition. Your German and English are fluent.
What You Build
You design, implement, and orchestrate services and solutions that improve customer outcomes — owning plans, quality, risk, and measurable impact across projects and programs. You serve as the main client contact through the full implementation lifecycle, planning workshops, leading root cause analysis, and driving delivery to go-live.
A key part of your work is advising clients on how to activate and adopt AI-powered features within SuccessFactors — leveraging AI-assisted automation and prototyping to automate decisions, reduce manual HR processes, and move toward an autonomous enterprise model. You apply business process analysis to map requirements to solution capabilities, use scenario testing to validate outcomes, and configure business process automation across technological solutions. You lead AI-workforce transformation planning efforts that help large enterprises rethink how people and intelligent systems work together, and mentor near-shore and off-shore consultants as part of cross-border project teams.
Where You Belong
This team is part of SAP's Global Customer Services and Delivery. The work focuses on enterprise HR transformation for large clients across the region — increasingly built on intelligent, AI-embedded processes that reduce manual effort and improve people decisions at scale. You own your client engagements, work alongside skilled consultants, and travel on-site as needed. Your base is Warsaw in Poland, and the role has reach across Europe and beyond.
