We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Principal Consultant to join our Finance Transformation practice area, located in Paris (France) and support us on a broad range of projects of different scope and complexity.

Our Finance Transformation team focuses on:

• Optimization of financial processes: analyzing and redesigning financial processes end-to-end to enhance operational efficiency and overall performance.
• Design and implementation of finance solutions: developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions and strategies that drive financial excellence and transformation for our clients.
• Adaptation to evolving business needs: continuously adjusting financial practices, tools, and ways of working to meet the evolving needs of Allianz Group entities and clients.
• Collaborative project delivery: working closely with client teams to analyze financial processes, design solutions, and implement strategies that enhance performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities / You will get to:

• Lead and manage finance transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Analyze and optimize financial processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic solutions tailored to client needs.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on financial transformation initiatives, leveraging industry knowledge and insights.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and partner in their transformation journey.
• Contribute to the growth of Allianz Consulting by identifying opportunities with clients, participating in the development of commercial proposals, and supporting teams in preparing new offerings and projects.
• Share ideas with the Engagement Manager on potential client needs that may lead to new project opportunities.
• Contribute to Allianz Consulting internal initiatives.

Key requirements / What we hope you bring:

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience in finance transformation and the insurance industry, gained in consulting or related roles, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions.

• Strong team player with exceptional assertiveness and the ability to thrive under pressure with limited guidance, consistently meeting demanding deadlines.

• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation

• Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Desired requirements /skills /experience

• International professional experience.
• Proficiency in project management and performance management tools (KPIs, dashboards, benchmarking).
