Principal Sales Operations Analyst, NACI IEG Manufacturing & Transportation

In this highly critical role, we are looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to provide direct sales operations support to improve operational efficiency, consistency and compliance in support of the organization’s financial and tactical business objectives.
Includes support of business practices and processes, while working with a sense of urgency and operational intensity to help our Sales Teams achieve our growth, market penetration and customer satisfaction targets.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for supporting the field sales organization and serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, to ensure efficient sales operational support.
• Be a trusted advisor to Sales Group Vice President and their leadership team.
• Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicators actual versus business objectives.
• Drive Operational Cadence for forecasting, account assignments, territory planning, and day-to-day sales leader support.
• Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance.
• Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
• Drive Pipeline Hygiene and Sales Process and Tool Adoption and Compliance

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
