- Investigating issues including individual shop or locker problems, driver compliance, capacity challenges and route planning opportunities.
- Working closely with third-party suppliers to maintain and improve operational performance.
- Supporting seven-day working as ASDA Click & Collect volumes are introduced.
What you’ll need
- Excellent communication skills across a range of channels.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A good working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools.
- Confidence using Excel for data entry and basic data manipulation.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
- The ability to build effective working relationships with third-party suppliers and drivers.
What success looks like
You’ll help improve and maintain the performance of our third-party suppliers and their drivers, using data and proactive problem-solving to maximise Day 1 delivery success and quickly address issues affecting our OOH network.
