The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and improving business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES Your responsibilities as a Process Analyst will include: Engineer efficient process and SOPs for the company Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Facilitate process improvement workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of process improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and data to facilitate process analysis. Design, Document existing process and implement improved business processes. Monitor and measure process performance and identify areas for further improvement. Develop and maintain process documentation, guidelines, and standards. Develop and manage process mapping and process analysis tools. Train process stakeholders and update training materials as needed. Identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies related to process activities. Please note. As your role evolves your responsibilities will change/modify/grow. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Educational & Work Experience - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Process Management, or a related field. Software & Applications - Proficient in process mapping and analysis tools, such as Miro or Vision Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies preferred. Qualities & Capabilities - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Strong project management and organizational skills.
