The Process Manager is responsible for the governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of IT service management processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance across the organization.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Define, maintain, and improve ITIL processes.
- Govern CMDB quality, accuracy, and lifecycle management.
- Manage process implementation within ServiceNow.
- Monitor process KPIs and performance metrics.
- Coordinate process stakeholders and governance activities.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow and CMDB management.
- Familiarity with Jira and workflow management processes.
- Experience in process governance and service management.
- Knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to drive process maturity initiatives.
