You’ve built your procurement expertise. Now put it to work in a new arena — a €30M national fibre programme where you’ll shape sourcing strategies, challenge supplier proposals and influence commercial decisions on a major infrastructure build.

Connecting Dublin, Galway, Limerick, Cork, Wexford and New Ross, the programme spans third-party duct access, civils, fibre deployment and specialist services. You’ll apply your existing skills across different supplier markets, technical requirements and commercial challenges.

Working with Project, Engineering and Commercial leads, you’ll take ownership of procurement packages from initial requirements through sourcing, tendering, evaluation and negotiation to award. You’ll have the scope to shape sourcing approaches, scrutinise competing proposals and recommend the commercial solutions that best meet project needs.

What You’ll Do

• Challenge proposals and negotiate commercial agreements
• Recommend suppliers for approval and award

What You’ll Have

• Strong experience in a procurement-focused role
• Proven experience managing tenders through evaluation and award
• Confidence shaping sourcing approaches and negotiating terms
• Experience partnering with project and commercial leads
• Infrastructure, construction, utilities or telecoms experience beneficial
