Job Responsibilities:

- Ask supplier contacts or product managers to clarify missing or conflicting details, and record their responses alongside the relevant product update request.

- Follow up on overdue responses and unresolved discrepancies, escalating blocked updates or competing priorities to the product operations team lead with clear context.
- Confirm completed updates appear correctly in the intended product channels, notify requesting colleagues, and close requests with source references and concise completion notes.
- Meet quality expectations through accurate attributes, timely turnaround, complete notes, and consistent follow-up; share recurring product data issues during routine team reviews.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- About 1-2 years of experience coordinating product data, maintaining product catalogs, or supporting product operations preferred.
- Familiarity with product identifiers, attribute structures, category hierarchies, units of measure, and relationships between parent products and variants.

- Ability to use spreadsheets for filtering, sorting, basic formulas, and comparisons, with readiness to learn the named product and task systems.
- Clear written communication for requesting missing details, explaining discrepancies, and keeping product managers and supplier contacts informed about pending actions.
- Ability to organize concurrent requests, follow established review steps, and maintain traceable notes without making unsupported changes to product information.
- Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and quiet private workspace; availability for the 40-hour weekly commitment and agreed working days and shift times.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Perks & Benefits:
