Your Role at Yuki
Our Product Design team shapes how thousands of accountants and entrepreneurs experience Yuki. As a Product Designer, you’ll take on complex UX/UI challenges across Yuki, from product-specific experiences to broader challenges such as navigation, shared interaction patterns, and communication between Entrepreneurs and Accountants.
You’ll work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to lead initiatives from discovery through delivery. You’ll dig into the data we have to find what’s really hurting users, decide what to tackle first, and turn that into intuitive, polished design. You come with strong UI and interaction design skills, and you bring an AI-first mindset to all of it.
You will:
Lead cross-product initiatives: Own UX/UI challenges from discovery through delivery, especially the shared patterns (navigation, components) that affect the whole product.
Evolve the Design System: Spot gaps and build or improve reusable components and patterns together with designers and engineers.
Design with craft: Turn complex problems into polished, intuitive, accessible interfaces, from early concept through implementation in Figma.
Discover with data and AI: Use support tickets, product data, and customer feedback to find and prioritise the right problems, translating AI output into dense, actionable insight.
Work AI-first: Actively use AI in how you design, from research and exploration to prototyping (Claude Design, Claude Code) and collaboration with engineering.
Job Requirements
5+ years as a Product Designer or similar, with experience designing complex product experiences and patterns that scale across teams.
Have strong UI and interaction design craft, and experience building or contributing to a Design System. A background mixing design and engineering is a real plus. B2B/SaaS or mobile experience is a plus.
Have a strong portfolio covering complex web applications, demonstrating strong UI and interaction design.
An AI-first mindset is a must: you translate AI output into actionable decisions and genuinely use AI in your workflow (we work with Figma, Claude Design, Claude Code, and Mixpanel).
Proactive and independent: you take ownership without waiting to be told, and you communicate clearly and regularly, flagging progress and blockers early.
Excellent Dutch and English is a must.
Very Important: What's in It for You
At Yuki, we believe in empowering our team so they can empower our users. Here’s what we offer:
• Flexibility: Hybrid working options and gliding hours to suit your lifestyle.
• Growth Opportunities: Annual training budgets and access to professional development.
• International Culture: Work in a dynamic, diverse, and inclusive team with colleagues from all over the world.
• Engaging Work Environment: Offices in Rotterdam, Antwerp, Barcelona, and Porto, with team-building activities, social events, and inspiring spaces to collaborate.
