The Role

We're looking for a Product Designer to own the design of Comfi's client-facing and internal products as we rebuild our platform from the ground up. You'll evolve our existing design system, design new interfaces and flows for onboarding, client portal, referral portal, and internal tools, and support the team with presentations and visual materials. This is hands-on product design work in a small team where your designs ship fast — and where we're preparing to expand into new markets, including RTL/Arabic interfaces.

What You'll Do

🔹Product Design

• Design new features and flows: KYB onboarding, client portal, referral portal, and internal admin tools
• Design complex interfaces: multi-step forms, dashboards, data-heavy screens
• Design new products and interfaces from scratch as we expand to new markets (including RTL/Arabic layouts)

🔹Design System

• Evolve and maintain our existing design system — extend components, keep it consistent, document usage
• Build new design systems and libraries where needed

🔹Communication & Materials

• Prepare presentations and visual materials for internal and business purposes
• Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and engineering leadership
• Participate in product discussions — we expect a designer who asks "why," not just executes

What You Bring

✅ 2+ years of product design experience

✅ Strong Figma proficiency — components, variants, auto layout, design libraries

✅ Experience working with and extending an existing design system, plus the ability to build new ones

✅ Ability to design complex flows: multi-step forms, dashboards, data-heavy interfaces

✅ Skill in preparing clean, well-structured presentations (decks, diagrams, visual storytelling)

✅ English B2/C1

✅ Self-organized — comfortable working in a distributed team with async communication

Nice to Have

• Experience with fintech or financial products
• Experience with Claude Design or other AI-assisted design tools
• Familiarity with RTL/Arabic localization
• Basic understanding of frontend constraints (React, component-based development)
