Product Designer (Mobility・B2B2C)

Salary: 7,000,000 – 12,000,000 JPY per annum

As the company expands into new complex business areas like traffic safety and decarbonization, product requirements have grown increasingly demanding. To keep pace, they have started growing their design team, where you can proactively propose solutions / product refinement.

As Product Designer, what would you be doing?

• Create user experiences that span the digital and real worlds.
• Propose and implement design strategies from the product launch phase to the growth phase.
• Designing the overall customer experience by combining multiple B2C and B2B products.

What experience are we looking for?

• 5+ years experience in UIUX design, especially for Mobile Apps.
• Ability to explain design intent to management and other non-design stakeholders.
• Experience driving decision-making for projects, teams, and organizational policies.
• Business-level Japanese for internal communication, plus Conversational English preferred.
