Able to clearly define and communicate product vision & strategy to everyone from software engineers to C-level Growth and experimental mindset, you will have proven experience of driving growth through A/B testing and funnel optimization. Broad knowledge and understanding of digital marketing strategy, in particular customer acquisition and driving LTV Possessing a broad and deep understanding of UX and being customer and design centric. Ideally you will have experience of implementing and improving UX processes in a start up environment. A-list communication skills, able to build rapport and strong trusted relationships at all levels of the business A genuinely empathetic people manager with a proven track record of building highly effective product teams Subject matter expertise in Product Management with a proven track record of building successful innovative products - vision, strategy and roadmap, KPIs/objectives setting, ideation and implementation process, team alignment with business goals You possess strong project management Skills; how to plan, set and manage to reasonable timelines, while delivering projects that align with the business strategy Knowledgeable and passionate about UK sport, particularly football are essential. interests and experience in sports betting would be highly beneficial.
